This month’s AI Pro updates include a new video creation tool in NotebookLM, smarter meeting scheduling in Gmail, and a faster way to make sense of open-ended form responses.
These features require a Google AI Pro for Education license.
NotebookLM
Cinematic Video Overviews
Cinematic Video Overviews are in-depth videos with fluid animations and rich visuals, built around the content of your notebook sources. They’re ideal for visualising complex topics or bringing academic research to life.
Cinematic Video currently has a separate usage limit from other video-overview styles With AI Pro, it is ~2/day for Cinematic Video and ~20/day for other styles.

Gmail
Schedule group meetings with Help me schedule
Help me schedule in Gmail can now find a meeting time for multiple people at once. When composing an email to colleagues, look for the Help me schedule button in the toolbar—Gemini will suggest times that work for everyone based on their calendars and automatically send a Calendar invite once a recipient selects a slot.

Google Forms
Understand themes in text responses
When reviewing open-ended text responses in Google Forms, you can now click Show theme percentages to have Gemini group responses by theme and show a percentage breakdown. This makes it much faster to spot patterns in survey or feedback responses.
